The spring Party it's not just a celebration, but it means the welcome to the station and an interior renewal of each one… It is also the great opportunity for anyone to come to the school and share with us everything with a lot of love, effort and collaborative work, we are preparing between children, parents and teachers.
After the winter shelter, spring comes to the Waldorf Alicante school, and at the same time that the earth is dressed in color, There is also the desire to go outside and connect with her again. Thus, we change the rhythm and present a series of activities and events aimed at disseminating Waldorf pedagogy and the education that we carry out daily.
The next 4 March will take place our usual Open Day. A day where any family can get closer and know first-hand the day-to-day life of our school, attend the talks on the different cycles, do some workshops, have lunch and basically have a good time with the kids in a close environment.
Saturday 26 of November we will celebrate our usual Christmas Market 2016. We leave you here below the whole program.
The last day 15 Y 16 October the town of Altea hosted a new edition of EcoAltea. A unique opportunity to share a weekend where you can discover ecological-alternative approaches, related to various areas, like health, leisure, the Agriculture, bioconstruction, feeding, personal relationships and education through the Alicante Waldorf school, who attended the Fair for the first time with a great reception from the public who visited the venue during the two days.
The educational center located in Villafranqueza showed a wide variety of pedagogical material in its two installed tents, according to the Waldorf educational line, from paintings, wood toys, stories or felt dolls handmade by the school's own families.
He also offered a workshop on ” carded wool necklaces” with a high participation of children and parents . So that, Saturday's day ended with an educational talk under the title ” I experience, then I grow internally” taught by Jesús López, Primary teacher who brought together a large audience interested in the need for a change in the educational system.
The next event of the Christmas market will take place in our school.
The following days 15 Y 16 October, our school will be present at the ECOALTEA FAIR.
Inside the program, will be given a necklace workshop of balls of carded wool and a talk on Waldorf pedagogy. In addition, our teachers will be available for a good part of both days at the stand., to resolve doubts about Waldorf pedagogy.
