The passing of the seasons is something that humanity has celebrated since time immemorial and that all cultures celebrate. The autumnal equinox is time to give thanks for the harvests, Y

start preparing to say goodbye to the sun, and go into the fall.

If we observe in this season of the year, in which nature generously gives us, the world is presented in bright colors and the fruits are abundant, then we can feel full of gratitude. If we know how to let the children live in a vivid way the autumn time, GRATITUDE will be the one that the child will acquire. That is why we celebrate this harvest festival to give thanks to nature for all that it gives us.. For this we prepare olives with the children and make delicious breads.

On the day of the party, a soup is prepared with all the vegetables that the children have brought and it is eaten for breakfast.

During the harvest time the children bring different seasonal vegetables to their classroom: pumpkins, zucchini, Peppers, tomatoes. Ears of wheat are also usually present u
